This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Act as a liaison for external organizations and providers concerning clinical information from the Operations and Medical Management teams.
• Evaluate and review member clinical records and services associated with behavioral health and substance use.
• Analyze and communicate program outcomes while developing data-driven analyses and metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of existing and new programs.
• Collaborate with team members and internal as well as external departments on provider education and outreach initiatives.
• Identify gaps and create, implement, and deploy educational efforts.
• Work alongside regional leadership for providers needing clinical interpretation of health plan reporting, data, and quality incentive payments.
• Lead discussions and provide recommendations.
• Establish and oversee procedures for tracking, identifying, and resolving operational issues.
• Serve as the clinical representative in various meetings.
• Partner with staff to discover opportunities and initiate process changes aimed at enhancing quality and boosting satisfaction for staff, providers, and members.
• Act as a resource and liaison in utilization, quality improvement, and case management activities.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice is required.
• Experience in assessing treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse across the continuum of care is required.
• Familiarity with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement is required.
• Candidates must reside in and hold a license in the state of Missouri.
• Outpatient experience is strongly preferred.
• LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or LMHC - Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor, or LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or LMHP - Licensed Mental Health Professional, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist is required.
• State-specific licensure may be necessary for AZ, FL, GA, NV, SC, NC, and WA.
