Behavior Specialist, RBT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Utilize play, games, and evidence-based techniques to assist children in developing communication, social, and life skills in a remote setting.

• Bring enthusiasm and empathy to each session held at a child's home, center, or within the community.

• Adhere to individualized plans created by clinical leaders.

• Celebrate minor achievements and significant life-changing milestones.

• Engage in paid training, coaching, and clearly defined career progression.

• Complete necessary training and documentation requirements.

• Fulfill physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting items up to 20 pounds, and driving.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).

• Experience with Telehealth/Virtual services is preferred.

• Flexible availability, particularly during Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.

• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – as mandated by California).

• Reliable transportation is essential.

• Comfort in working with diverse populations.

• Willingness to undergo training and complete documentation.

• Ability to frequently sit and stand and maintain pace with the client.

• Possess patience, energy, and a positive outlook.

• Passion for working with children.
