BCBA Supervisor, Clinical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee telehealth and in-person appointments in clinics and client residences

• Maintain a genuine caseload

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and student analysts

• Conduct training sessions for caregivers

• Lead social skills development groups

• Provide both direct and indirect billable clinical services

• Operate within a clinician-owned ABA agency that embraces a contemporary, naturalistic, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming clinical approach

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience

• Proficient in Behavior Skills Training (BST) and caregiver-mediated interventions

• Tailor supervision to meet the needs of the individual

• Independently pursue up-to-date evidence-based practices

• Effectively manage time and documentation without constant oversight

• Communicate directly and professionally with families, staff, and leadership

• Successfully pass a background check

• Commit to a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week

• Achieve 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours
