BCBA Supervisor, Clinical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee telehealth and in-person sessions in clinical settings and client residences.

• Manage a real caseload.

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and student analysts.

• Conduct training for caregivers.

• Facilitate groups focused on social skills development.

• Provide a minimum of 30 clinical hours each week.

• Handle both direct and indirect billable clinical tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification.

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Proficient in Behavioral Skills Training (BST) and caregiver-mediated interventions.

• Tailor your supervisory approach to suit individual needs.

• Independently pursue the latest evidence-based practices.

• Manage your time and documentation efficiently without supervision.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with families, staff members, and leadership.

• Successfully pass a background check.

• Commitment to providing at least 30 clinical hours weekly.

• Expectation to achieve 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours.
