This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Create, develop, and execute a diverse array of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
β’ Work in partnership with families and other professionals to customize ABA programs that meet specific client requirements.
β’ Oversee direct care personnel, including behavior therapists, and travel to various regional clients.
β’ Assess and refresh client progress reports using top-tier data collection software.
β’ Engage in organizational enhancements utilizing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
β’ Capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Over 3 years of experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs.
β’ At least 3 years as a BCBA managing client programming and behavior interventionists.
β’ Consistent adherence to billing standards for a minimum of 6 months.
β’ Required experience in delivering ABA services through telehealth.
β’ Master's Degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is mandatory.
β’ BCBA certification or clinical license is required.
β’ Possession of a valid driverβs license and/or reliable transportation.
β’ Completion of a background check, tuberculosis test, Livescan fingerprint, and any other necessary funding source clearances.
β’ Experience working with children is essential.
β’ Comfort in working within remote settings.
β’ Strong commitment to fostering and enhancing the skills and capabilities of staff.
β’ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and appropriate appearance.
β’ Outstanding communication skills are a must.
β’ Preference for candidates willing to travel as necessary.
