BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and related developmental challenges.

• Perform behavioral assessments.

• Create comprehensive treatment plans.

• Evaluate outcomes based on data analysis.

• Oversee and mentor behavior technicians or RBTs in providing ABA services.

• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Offer services in various settings including clinic, home, and school environments.

• Contribute to a compassionate and person-centered care approach.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field such as education, psychology, or human development.

• Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA).

• Proven experience in conducting behavioral assessments, creating treatment plans, and analyzing data-driven results.

• A positive team player and dynamic professional.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

• Sound judgment and innovative thinking skills.

• Experience in supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in delivering ABA services.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Proficient in electronic health records, practice management systems, and basic computer applications.

• Dedication to providing inclusive, non-discriminatory care and committing to ongoing professional development.

• Previous experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred.
