This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate and establish an ABA/behavioral therapy practice from the ground up with Finni Health.

• Collaborate with Finni's team to create guidelines, handbooks, and procedures for the practice.

• Manage communication regarding billing and insurance requirements as well as submission timelines.

• Provide both field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.

• Assess treatment effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary.

• Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports.

• Design and implement behavior intervention plans, training sessions, and in-service programs.

• Deliver client-specific intervention training to staff and parents.

• Ensure that treatment methodologies are evidence-based and aligned with current research.

• Train and oversee clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback on the implementation of ABA interventions.

• Work in partnership with families to create behavior support strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid BCBA Certification.

• Applicable licensure to practice in the state of employment.

• A minimum of three years of experience in ABA, with a preference for supervisory roles.

• Strong leadership abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• BCBA certification is mandatory.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
