This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional services encompassing evaluations and treatments.

• Provide counseling to parents and family units.

• Collaborate with other professionals in the field.

• Ensure program effectiveness through overlap assessments, session note audits, Interobserver Agreement (IOA) data, and performance documentation.

• Implement programmatic modifications in accordance with CSLOT policies.

• Oversee and monitor the processes of intake and ongoing assessments.

• Plan, manage, coordinate, and assess the efforts of assigned staff.

• Conduct assessments for clients.

• Offer direct services to clients and parents when suitable.

• Maintain records on client progress.

• Train and supervise behavior program staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians.

• Provide behavior training to CSLOT personnel.

• Document data and report client status to payor sources.

• Prepare annual reports evaluating program effectiveness.

• Daily update the Central Reach Calendar and Caseload Document.

• Convert appointments on Central Reach on a daily basis.

• Monthly track approved client hours.

• Conduct staff training, interviews, onboarding, and engage in program-staff evaluations.

• Adhere to CSLOT's cancellation and make-up policies.

• Grasp payor-source services and authorizations.

• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in a discipline related to Child Psychology, Behavior, etc.

• At least eighteen months of experience in a human services delivery system, with a minimum of one year in a comparable program.

• Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

• CPR certification within the last two years.

• Ability to ensure the physical safety of clients.

• Demonstrated clinical competence and sound clinical judgment.

• Capability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Detail-oriented and reliable.
