This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Supervise and ensure the integrity of ABA programs, both online and in-person.
• Provide support and guidance to Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.
• Prepare and analyze treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary documentation.
• Guarantee adherence to clinical and payer regulations.
• Facilitate training sessions and initiatives for clinical development.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Operations teams on various initiatives, quality assurance, compliance, and more.
• Maintain high-quality, data-informed clinical programs.
• Foster effective clinical teams and reliable family care.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• At least two years of professional experience in ABA.
• Excellent communication and clinical leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel within designated service areas.
