This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise and ensure the integrity of ABA programs, both online and in-person.

• Provide support and coaching to Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.

• Develop and review treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary documentation.

• Ensure adherence to clinical and payer standards.

• Facilitate training sessions and initiatives for clinical development.

• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Operations teams on projects, quality assurance, and compliance.

• Provide exceptional, ethical ABA services while enhancing the client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Current BCBA credential.

• At least two years of professional experience in ABA.

• Excellent communication and clinical leadership abilities.

• Willingness to travel within designated service areas.
