Banner Consultant, Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough Banner implementation services, which encompass training, functional consulting, and technical support, both on-site at client locations and remotely from home.

• Perform detailed assessments of current business processes, suggesting and executing technological solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Resolve technical and functional challenges within the Banner Student module, ensuring uninterrupted operation for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of direct, hands-on experience with the Banner Student module.

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing the Banner Student module and in transforming and automating business processes within Registrar, Admissions, or Records offices.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, complemented by a customer-centric approach.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, self-motivation, and adaptability.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience with the California Banner Module (CALB) is preferred.

• Proven experience in developing comprehensive reports supporting various student-related areas using Banner.

• Proficient in translating user requirements into technical specifications for the support team.

• Extensive knowledge of Banner usage across various institutional environments.

• In-depth understanding of relational databases and the ability to read and write SQL queries.

• Demonstrated consulting experience in analyzing complex issues, offering strategic recommendations, and guiding clients through successful implementations.

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality consulting services, build strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
