• This position is fully remote.

• We are looking for an Ellucian Banner Analyst who possesses programming expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in effectively implementing, maintaining, managing, and supporting Ellucian Banner ERP systems for clients in higher education (college/university), while establishing and sustaining client trust.

• Proficient in SQL, particularly in working with the Banner database.

• Knowledge and experience with various programming languages.

• Demonstrated proficiency with software solutions commonly utilized by admissions or recruiting departments within a higher education context, such as Ellucian DegreeWorks, Recruit, or Advise.

• Experience collaborating with a diverse range of higher education personnel, including vice presidents, deans, directors, and students.

• Required experience in project planning and execution.

• High level of creativity combined with a proactive "can-do" attitude; must exhibit a strong sense of professionalism.

• Ability to iteratively establish and adjust priorities among multiple competing projects, constituencies, and resources.

• Excellent team-building capabilities and exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Prior experience supporting DegreeWorks and/or Ellucian CRM:Recruit.

• Proven experience in DegreeWorks scribing.

• Familiarity with the Ellucian ETHOS model and/or API development, as well as Ellucian Admin Pages and PageBuilder, is a definite advantage.

• Experience with MS Office 365 and other tools for productivity and collaboration.
