Banking Operator, Banking Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in thrilling projects for prestigious banks

• Enhance and expand the finwyz+ analytics platform

• Provide expert advice to clients on AI, Daily Banking (Neo-Wealth), and Cryptocurrency

• Conduct training sessions on AI and Cryptocurrency

• Analyze business processes, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and create solution concepts

• Design client applications and manage project planning and execution

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams

• Actively participate in the development of internal solutions and best practices to elevate consulting services

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a startup, product company, or agency

• Familiarity with agile projects; relevant certifications are advantageous

• Understanding of digital trends and technologies in the financial industry, especially AI, Neo-Wealth, or Cryptocurrency

• Robust technical background with a solid technical comprehension

• Experience in formulating digital strategies and executing digital projects

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, finance, or a related field

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to learn and a dedication to professional growth

• Team-oriented, self-driven, and highly focused on customer satisfaction

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) and good written and spoken English skills
