⛳️ Requirements

• CAP in Baking or an equivalent vocational qualification

• Retail or artisan baking experience is beneficial but not mandatory

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with a strong commercial awareness

• Ability to establish trusting, close relationships with customers

• Capability to offer advice and deliver added value

• Enthusiasm for delighting customers and promoting products you are passionate about
