Backend Software Engineer – US Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications.

• Implement technical product requirements and enhance existing systems.

• Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications.

• Contribute throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

• Ensure timely tracking and resolution of development challenges.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and operations.

• Support team members and work together to deliver high-quality products.

• Participate in code reviews and engage in technical discussions.

• Build and manage services utilizing client-server architectures.

• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Ensure seamless integration with databases and APIs.

• Must possess experience with backend programming languages such as Python or Ruby.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems is essential.

• Knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) is required.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is necessary.

• An engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a backend developer is expected.

• Ability to work US shift hours (3 PM – 12 AM IST).
