Backend Engineering Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

📋 Description

• Review and annotate code generated by AI systems

• Evaluate and enhance code outputs

• Examine correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to backend engineering best practices

• Identify and document recurring error patterns

• Collaborate to improve prompts, evaluation techniques, and engineering guidelines

• Provide backend engineering expertise for AI training data

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend engineering

• Proficient in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C++

• Familiarity with frameworks like Django, Spring, or Express

• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to solve problems effectively

• Keen attention to detail

• Experience with API design, distributed systems, cloud services, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is highly desirable
