Back-End Developer, Mid-Level Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and deploy software solutions utilizing Java while ensuring application performance and quality.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and suggest efficient technical solutions.

• Sustain and enhance current systems, pinpointing areas for optimization.

• Engage in code review sessions and advocate for best practices in software development.

• Create documentation for developed processes and solutions to guarantee transparency and continuity in workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Java 11 or higher.

• Familiar with test automation methodologies.

• Experienced in creating web services and APIs (JSON or XML over HTTP).

• Knowledgeable in both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Skilled in utilizing cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).

• Experienced in working with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift).

• Familiar with event-driven architecture (Kafka).

• Experienced with Agile methodologies (Scrum / XP / etc.) and have a grasp of Lean principles.

• Understanding of information security practices.

• Proficient in automated testing techniques.

• Knowledgeable in the development of distributed and concurrent applications.
