B2B Digital Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, launch, and enhance targeted demand generation campaigns that align with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), strategic accounts, and pipeline objectives.

• Initiate, launch, and refine paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads to facilitate lead generation and pipeline expansion.

• Design and manage HubSpot landing pages, forms, workflows, and multi-touch nurture campaigns.

• Track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI using HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and paid media platforms.

• Offer actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to enhance lead qualification, funnel conversion, and pipeline advancement.

• Engage with third-party industry partners, webinars, analyst programs, and content sponsorships.

• Assist in optimizing Totara’s global website, including CMS updates, SEO enhancements, bug reporting, and conversion rate optimization.

• Promote demand generation campaigns and content across social media platforms.

• Take ownership of campaign reporting and communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Identify and experiment with new channels, tactics, and audience segments to boost campaign performance and pipeline contributions.

• Support Totara’s global partner network through co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, demonstrating a history of driving pipeline and revenue growth.

• Direct experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.

• Proficient in HubSpot, including campaign management, workflows, reporting, and lead nurturing.

• Experience in managing website content and landing pages using WordPress.

• Familiarity with SEO practices.

• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, and Google Analytics.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert performance data into actionable insights.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

• Background in media buying within heavily regulated fields such as Government and Healthcare.

• Knowledge of the HR industry, particularly in Talent and L&D, is preferred.

• Must reside on the US East Coast.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Some travel may be necessary.
