B2B Cold Caller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Make over 300 B2B calls daily to realtors using provided lists.

• Invite realtors to participate in monthly partnership webinars.

• Aim to secure 20 to 30 confirmed attendees per webinar session, totaling approximately 90 registrants each month across three webinars.

• Address realtor inquiries and objections beyond a standard script.

• Conduct follow-up calls with attendees after webinars.

• Arrange one-on-one Lending Partner Meetings with the Managing Broker.

• Utilize GoHighLevel and WAVE dialer for logging calls, tracking outcomes, and maintaining pipeline records.

• Collaborate with the Managing Broker on registrant numbers.

• Employ Claude/ChatGPT to enhance call strategies, resolve objections, and develop performance dashboards.

• Engage in a year-long webinar initiative for a mortgage brokerage based in South Florida.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or tele-sales.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level with no significant accent.

• Fluency in Spanish.

• Ability to manage rejection and conduct spontaneous, natural conversations.

• Capacity to maintain over 300 calls daily.

• Familiarity or comfort with GoHighLevel and WAVE dialer.

• Comfort in utilizing Claude/ChatGPT as daily thought partners.

• Preferably possess cultural familiarity with the U.S. real estate and mortgage sectors.

• Submission of an English resume and an audio recording is required.

• A 30–90 second publicly accessible Loom video in English must be submitted.

• A valid internet speed test screenshot is required for upload.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting, with regular contact with business professionals or decision-makers by phone.
