B2B Client Onboarding Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide property managers through organized onboarding workflows, training sessions, and system configurations to ensure quick time-to-value and high platform engagement.

• Monitor milestones, coordinate setup deliverables, oversee timelines, and handle client follow-ups to keep onboarding initiatives on track.

• Perform structured quarterly satisfaction check-ins and needs assessment calls to identify pain points, assess feature utilization, and align software functionalities with client objectives.

• Act as a dependable and empathetic point of contact, addressing procedural inquiries, resolving initial challenges, and fostering trust throughout the client relationship.

• Keep accurate records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and feedback within CRM/project management tools to facilitate continuous service enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in B2B onboarding, client account management, or customer success roles.

• Strong capability to manage multiple onboarding processes concurrently, meet deadlines, and conduct systematic follow-ups.

• Direct experience collaborating with property managers or within the real estate/property management software sector is highly preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with a patient, consultative approach to assisting users with new software.

• Ability to swiftly master software tools, assist non-technical users in navigating platform features, and effectively utilize CRM/project tracking systems.

• At least an 8th generation i3 processor.

• 8GB RAM.
