AVP, Technology – Change Management, Service Transition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance ITIL processes, with a focus on Change Management and Service Transition.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline controls.

• Monitor and ensure the successful execution of technological changes.

• Determine root causes of change failures and incidents, and recommend preventive measures.

• Lead Service Transition initiatives to ensure non-functional requirements are addressed prior to production.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements in processes.

• Establish process KPIs and partner with MIS to create dashboards.

• Keep abreast of the latest industry best practices and trends in Service Management.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the Service Management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Service Management, focusing on the design, definition, and execution of ITIL processes.

• Experience in the Banking sector is preferred.

• Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, emphasizing process optimization.

• Proven experience in driving process improvements and applying ITIL best practices.

• Proficient in utilizing MIS tools and data analytics for process monitoring and reporting.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

• A relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Certifications in ITIL or other pertinent Service Management frameworks are highly desirable.
