This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Oversee the global strategy and launch preparedness for the upcoming immunology drug aimed at Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease.
• Establish an ambitious commercial vision and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Direct Global Marketing Commercial teams focused on UC and CD.
• Synthesize marketing, policy, Global Market Access, Medical, Clinical, and CORE into a cohesive global brand strategy for Tulisokibart and the IBD emerging portfolio.
• Collaborate with key markets and stakeholders to shape the global brand strategy, value evidence, access, launch readiness, and go-to-market approach.
• Partner with R&D to enhance the Product Development Team and solidify development and launch readiness plans.
• Assist IBD development initiatives in collaboration with R&D and Corporate Business Development.
• Identify inorganic growth prospects within the IBD market alongside the Business Development Team.
• Utilize commercial insights for pre-phase II assets with Early Development Commercial Leads.
• Propel digital innovation, optimize analytics, and develop tactics through the Global Commercial Team and key markets.
• Engage the policy team to identify policy mechanisms that support portfolio access.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing on both short- and long-term supply chain strategies.
• Align real-world evidence planning with portfolio priorities in coordination with the R&D CORE team.
• Cultivate the development of Immunology Global Marketing colleagues, fostering inclusivity and challenging the status quo.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, market access, or related fields within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• At least 3 years of proven in-line marketing experience.
• Over 5 years of global immunology experience.
• Prior experience with product launches is preferred.
• An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
• A demonstrated history of successful launches and achieving business results.
• Proven capability to leverage innovation to produce results.
• Strong collaborative skills within commercial and cross-divisional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, medical affairs, Outcomes Research, and Access.
• Ability to clearly convey messages and information across the organization and to all levels, including senior leadership.
• Understanding of the drug development process, both in early and late stages.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and formulate clear patient- and customer-centric strategies.
• Capability to overcome internal challenges to advance initiatives.
• 25% travel is required.
