This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Evaluate after-sales processes and confirm the adherence of warranty documentation throughout the manufacturer’s dealer network in France.

• Review the conformity of repairs and document management according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

• Gather case information, organize field visits, and pinpoint priority checkpoints.

• Conduct audits of repair documentation (repair orders, replaced components, and manufacturer procedures).

• Detect non-compliance issues, billing/claim discrepancies, and potential areas for operational enhancements.

• Clarify discrepancies to Warranty and After-Sales Managers while offering actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with the After-Sales Manager to formulate a strategy for addressing discrepancies and enhancing site performance.

• Share audit results and the action plan with dealership management.

• Deliver precise reporting and address advisory inquiries from the agent and dealer network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in automotive after-sales, including automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/auditing, service management, or after-sales management.

• Strong technical and mechanical knowledge in automotive fields, facilitating the evaluation of the consistency of repair and intervention documentation.

• Proficient in IT tools and Excel, including tracking and dashboard reporting capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Systematic, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Willingness to work in the field and availability for frequent travel.

• This position is centered on automotive technical expertise and processes, not tailored for financial or accounting audit roles.
