Automotive Technical Specialist, Dutch Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Offer technical assistance across a variety of systems, emphasizing diagnostics and root cause analysis.

• Address technical questions from Customer Dealers and internal teams.

• Assist dealers in navigating repair procedures and guarantee precise case documentation.

• Work alongside dealer technicians and internal agents to tackle intricate technical challenges.

• Record cases and technical information in internal systems.

• Organize visits from Field Engineers.

• Participate in training sessions and share product knowledge.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and dealership personnel to exchange insights and identify trends.

• Occasionally perform vehicle testing and manage servicing logistics.

• Escalate cases as needed, ensuring all pertinent information is included and documented accurately.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing top-notch diagnostic and repair support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a senior role within a dealership workshop.

• Degree in automotive technology or a comparable technical qualification.

• In-depth understanding of vehicle mechanics.

• EV/HV certification, such as HV EV Specialist, DGUV L2+, or IMI Level 4, is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment.

• Possess an analytical, organized, and customer-oriented approach.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English.

• A general automotive diagnostics competency assessment will be included in the hiring process.
