Automotive Technical Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Engage with drivers to coordinate workshop appointments.

• Prepare and issue quotations.

• Compare quotes received from customers in inquiries.

• Utilize available computer tools to consult references and repair times.

• Offer mechanical advice in response to inquiries.

• Verify and document vehicle repair history within the vehicle database.

• Oversee vehicle fleets in accordance with manufacturers’ maintenance schedules.

• Communicate with workshops through various channels to address daily incidents.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in Sweden while aiding in vehicle fleet management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate or advanced training in automotive or electro-mechanical fields.

• Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in Swedish at C1/C2 level is mandatory.

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
