This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining automotive dealer clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Floorplan offerings.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships in utilizing financing solutions and services.
• Keep track of dealership conditions and performance.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.
• Strong financial acumen along with a practical understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with both internal team members and external partners.
• Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended durations.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guaranteed bonus income of $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (month 1 prorated), $1,500 for months 5 and 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8–12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement program averaging $450 monthly.
