This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by presenting financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s services.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor the conditions and performance metrics of dealerships.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer effectiveness, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive sector across various areas.
• Strong financial knowledge with a solid understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with both internal team members and external partners at different organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience, or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive as necessary.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended durations.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 monthly for the first 4 months (month 1 is prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
