This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Floorplan Company.
• Perform market research to stay competitive and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any client issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and overall performance.
• Create and uphold risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge with a solid understanding of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75% of the time, including some overnight travel.
• Ability to travel by air and land.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license is required for this role.
