This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to attract and retain automotive dealer clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Floorplan Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Develop and sustain risk assessment models to gauge dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Track portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen along with a working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with internal team members and external partners at various levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Guaranteed bonus income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (first month prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8–12.
