Automotive Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing communications

• Address customer inquiries utilizing web-based tools

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media

• Effectively de-escalate and resolve issues

• Escalate interactions when necessary and suitable

• Manage caseloads as needed

• Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments

• Monitor call-related data for auditing and reporting purposes

• Provide insights on call-related issues

• Upsell services or products as required

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Proficient with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows operating systems

• A dedicated workspace close to the router for a hardwired Ethernet connection

• Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads

• ISP latency of under 50ms

• Internet connection must not be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed is required

• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
