Automotive Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for the processing and management of warranty claims.

• Address inquiries from contract holders, dealerships, and repair shops via email and phone.

• Evaluate and respond to requests concerning claim initiation and general coverage questions.

• Deliver an exceptional service experience to both internal and external customers.

• Generate claim files in the portal based on incoming emails.

• Upload images, invoices, and other pertinent documents, and inform claims adjusters of actions taken.

• Prepare files for review and authorization by a claims adjuster.

• Oversee a portfolio of files and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.

• Suggest enhancements to the department and its products.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Engage in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Take part in various projects as directed by management.

• Stay informed about new products.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure satisfaction for customers and dealerships.

• Execute any additional tasks deemed appropriate by the Claims Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in processing warranty claims, preferably in the automotive sector or extended service contract industry.

• Fully bilingual in French and English.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision while adhering to established guidelines.

• Ability to type at least 25–30 words per minute.

• Proficient in web applications and Microsoft Office.

• Strong negotiation capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Positive demeanor.

• Strong spirit of collaboration.

• Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT).

• Completed automotive technician training or equivalent experience in the automotive field.

• In-depth knowledge of automotive mechanics is a plus.
