Automation Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate applications to verify that implemented changes fulfill specified requirements

• Discover opportunities to enhance test automation

• Collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels within the bank, including those in international branches

• Establish the testing strategy to ensure that both business and technical capabilities are thoroughly evaluated

• Guarantee that applications achieve the necessary quality, performance, and stability standards

• Define, implement, and oversee the testing process in line with required controls

• Promote ongoing improvements to minimize the time needed to attain adequate test coverage

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid graduate degree in Computer Science, Business, or a comparable qualification

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IT or business sectors

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Intermediate knowledge across multiple industries: finance, telecommunications, and technology

• Authorized to work in Poland

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team

• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced technology environment

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Efficiently manages time and works independently

• Strong communicator with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
