Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize, design, and implement both functional and automated testing scenarios

• Seamlessly integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Formulate testing strategies grounded in BDD and TDD methodologies

• Conduct API testing and validation procedures

• Guarantee quality assurance across mobile platforms

• Oversee intricate technical projects

• Manage and coordinate software quality teams operating across various projects

• Enhance QA process maturity to ensure reliable, efficient, and high-quality deliverables

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, validated by a diploma from an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC)

• Proven experience in software testing

• Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, and TestNG

• Practical experience in API testing utilizing Postman and Swagger

• Familiarity with testing mobile applications

• In-depth understanding of BDD, TDD, and version control systems like Git

• Proficient in test and bug lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail

• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification is preferred
