Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and implement production-ready automations and AI workflows for clients.

• Integrate APIs across multiple platforms (REST, webhooks, OAuth).

• Develop workflows in n8n and enhance Claude Code capabilities.

• Deploy code to Linux servers utilizing Docker and SSH.

• Assess AI tools and implement them in client projects (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).

• Analyze processes and decompose them into automatable steps.

• Establish and manage Notion as an operational hub for clients.

• Produce technical documentation and transfer it to clients.

• Collaborate directly with the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a process-oriented mindset and can deconstruct complex workflows into automatable components.

• You are knowledgeable about the current AI tool ecosystem and can identify the most suitable tool for each application.

• You possess a technical background and are capable of writing code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bash).

• You have experience with servers (SSH, Docker, Linux).

• You can integrate APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth).

• You utilize Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools effectively.

• You are proficient in Notion and can leverage it as an operations hub.

• You are able to work autonomously and achieve results.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Fluent in English.

• Degrees and certifications are not our priority; practical experience in projects is what counts.
