This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain automation solutions for IT and business operations.

• Construct and provide support for solutions utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.

• Create integrations between cloud-based and on-premises systems through REST APIs and web services.

• Develop and maintain reusable automation workflows, scripts, and templates.

• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to pinpoint manual processes that are suitable for automation.

• Create workflows that interact with Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.

• Monitor the performance of automation solutions and proactively address any issues.

• Document automation solutions, technical designs, and operational procedures.

• Engage in solution architecture reviews and recommend best practices for automation and integration.

• Ensure that automation solutions comply with security, compliance, and governance standards.

• Achieve reductions in manual operational tasks while enhancing process reliability.

• Develop well-documented, scalable automation solutions and secure integrations with enterprise systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in automation engineering, systems integration, or application development.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web-based integrations.

• Experience in designing and troubleshooting API authentication and authorization methods.

• Strong knowledge of PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.

• Experience with integrating cloud services and enterprise applications.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• High-speed internet is required for remote work, specifically Cable or Fiber ONLY with Ethernet capability.

• Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), or 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Graph API.

• Preferred: Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Preferred: Experience with Power Platform governance, environments, and best practices from the Center of Excellence.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud products.

• Preferred: Certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or similar fields.
