Automation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage operational workflows in accordance with established business guidelines.

• Create automated processes, encompassing conditional rules, exceptions, and validations.

• Configure and oversee integrations among systems, APIs, webhooks, and external services.

• Collaborate with BI and AI teams to implement analytical decisions within the system.

• Detect failures within automated flows and suggest structural enhancements.

• Ensure comprehensive technical documentation for all completed configurations.

• Assist in functional testing and validation of established rules.

• Aid in the standardization and governance of automated workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.

• Proven experience in configuring workflows and automating processes.

• Understanding of conditional logic and business rules.

• Familiarity with API integrations, including REST, authentication, and testing.

• Basic SQL skills for data validation and verification (preferred).

• Capability to interpret functional requirements accurately.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to design solutions in a logical and consistent manner.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.

• Responsibility for the quality of deliverables.

• Proactive in identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.

• Enthusiasm for technology and the capacity to swiftly learn new automation tools.
