Auto Damage Trainee, Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze vehicle damage

• Calculate repair cost estimates for vehicles

• Facilitate fair settlement negotiations

• Collaborate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers

• Consult with all parties involved and examine insurance agreements

• Prepare estimates and oversee rental vehicle arrangements

• Address and resolve customer issues

• Enhance customer satisfaction through impactful interactions

• Complete mandatory hands-on training at GEICO’s Ashburn, VA facility and field training center

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• A valid driver's license that complies with company underwriting standards is essential

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred

• Background in high-volume call centers, with experience in KPIs and measurable objectives, is preferred

• An active Adjuster's license is preferred; training and exam fees will be covered

• A college degree is preferred

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy abilities

• Must be adaptable and detail-oriented

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across various platforms

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
