Auto Damage Trainee – Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Examine and evaluate vehicle damage.

• Calculate repair costs for vehicles.

• Negotiate fair settlements.

• Collaborate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers.

• Consult with all parties involved and review insurance agreements.

• Draft estimates and oversee rental vehicle arrangements.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through impactful interactions.

• Complete mandatory hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility and field training center.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A valid driver's license that meets company underwriting criteria is required.

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

• Background in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable objectives is preferred.

• An active Adjusters license is preferred; training and exam costs will be covered.

• A college degree is preferred.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills are essential.

• Must be adaptable and detail-oriented.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities across platforms.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

• Must be eligible to work without requiring new employment authorization sponsorship from GEICO.
