
Auto Damage Trainee – Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Evaluate and determine the extent of vehicle damage
• Calculate repair costs for vehicles
• Negotiate fair settlements
• Collaborate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers
• Consult with all parties involved and examine insurance agreements
• Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare estimates
• Oversee rental car management
• Address customer issues
• Enhance customer satisfaction through impactful interactions
• Complete mandatory hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility and field training center
• Preference for candidates with customer-facing experience
• Background in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable objectives is preferred
• Active Adjuster's license is preferred; training and exam fees will be covered
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• A college degree is preferred
• A valid driver's license that meets company underwriting standards is required
• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, and empathy
• Must be adaptable and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask across various platforms
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Must not need new employment authorization sponsorship
