Auto Body Paint Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Travel to automotive clients to execute minor paint touch-ups and complete surface repairs utilizing advanced spray equipment and established techniques.

• Prepare, blend, and finish surfaces of vehicles.

• Operate independently at partner sites, including dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.

• Provide prompt, high-quality repair outcomes that surpass customer expectations.

• Manage the workday autonomously without the need for micromanagement.

• Engage in continuous training, which includes color matching systems and industry certifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and possess a robust work ethic.

• Excellent attention to detail and color precision.

• Strong communication abilities and a customer-centric approach.

• Detail-focused with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Comfortable working outdoors under varying weather conditions.

• Manual dexterity suited for repetitive tasks.

• Capability to work independently.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.

• Ability to wear necessary respiratory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment screenings, which may include physical examinations, vision assessments, background checks, and drug screenings.
