Auto Body Paint Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations to conduct high-quality minor automotive reconditioning tasks, ranging from paint touch-ups to comprehensive surface repairs, utilizing advanced spray equipment and established techniques.

• Prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to achieve excellent results.

• Operate independently at partner facilities such as dealerships, rental services, and auctions.

• Provide quick, flawless outcomes that surpass client expectations.

• Adhere to safety protocols by wearing appropriate PPE, specifically a respirator, in compliance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in color matching.

• Self-driven, resilient, and possess a robust work ethic.

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

• Physical capability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

• Proficient in the use of advanced spray equipment and established repair methods.

• Required to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator.

• Successful completion of relevant post-offer, pre-employment screenings, which may include a physical exam, vision assessment, background verification, and drug testing.
