Auto Body Paint Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations to carry out minor automotive reconditioning, ranging from paint touch-ups to comprehensive surface repairs, utilizing advanced spray tools and established techniques.

• Prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to a high standard.

• Operate independently at dealerships, rental agencies, auctions, and various partner sites.

• Provide quick, flawless results that surpass customer expectations.

• Manage your workday autonomously without the need for micromanagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in collision repair or bodywork.

• Exceptional attention to detail and color precision.

• Self-driven, resilient, and possessing a strong work ethic.

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Physical capability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Required to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator.

• Successful completion of relevant post-offer, pre-employment evaluations, which may include a physical exam, vision test, background investigation, and drug screening.
