Auto Area Sales Manager – Southwest Virginia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational and direct auto purchase sales activities within a designated metropolitan area.

• Proactively identify and recruit new vendors to expand the Lendmark Financial Services dealer network.

• Engage, contract, and onboard new direct auto dealers.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealers.

• Provide training for dealer staff.

• Keep senior leadership informed on industry developments.

• Resolve dealer service-related concerns.

• Manage risks associated with the role.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED from a recognized institution.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales or a related area.

• Proficiency in product/service presentation, negotiation, and finalizing sales.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and work independently; self-motivated.

• Effectiveness in dealer servicing and retention efforts.
