📋 Description

• Assist in the growth of the training portfolio to include foster care services / full-time foster care (§ 33 SGB VIII)

• Collaboratively design and enhance a curriculum and topic framework

• Perform thorough research on current specialist literature, evidence-based strategies, and best practices

• Create subject-specific, practice-oriented educational materials for foster care professionals

• Revise existing texts for linguistic and professional clarity

• Ensure that content is accurate, clear, linguistically refined, and technically sound

• Recognize industry-specific trends and best practices, incorporating them into training programs

• Work together with the product development team and other colleagues

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, social pedagogy, special needs education, early childhood education, educational sciences, psychology, or a related discipline

• Additional certifications or extensive experience in trauma, attachment issues, childhood mental health challenges, or similar fields are advantageous

• Practical experience in foster care services (full-time foster care under § 33 SGB VIII) or related child and youth welfare areas is highly desired

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong capacity to customize language and content for the target audience, presenting it in an accessible manner

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach to work

• Ability to work precisely and independently while adhering to commitments and deadlines

• Close collaboration with the product development team and other colleagues
