Audit Manager – Audit Innovation Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Identify and capitalize on new claim opportunities, innovative ideas, and initiatives.

• Exhibit subject matter expertise across all primary retail and accounts payable claim categories.

• Analyze and manipulate data to uncover and enhance audit claim potential.

• Conduct expert-level document mining and querying activities.

• Regularly engage with client stakeholders for project development.

• Exchange knowledge and insights within the team.

• Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and foster collaboration across teams.

• Collaborate with Technology and Artificial Intelligence teams to create new claim revenue streams through efficient, automated, and precise audit tools.

• Provide audit training to Auditors for new or improved audit areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience in Retail / Merchandise Recovery Audit.

• A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as accounting, finance, or general business management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

• Extensive experience in research and data mining.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Confidence in building relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Willingness to undertake occasional ad hoc global travel.
