
Audio Visual Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of audiovisual projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding any clarifications.
• Administer high-risk, complex, and impactful client projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Establish project scope and objectives, obtain necessary resources, and create schedules.
• Manage modifications to contracted scope, timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Develop and oversee project lifecycle documentation, including plans, scopes, and charters.
• Ensure that project management deliverables adhere to ET Group procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Manage project priorities, issues, risks, mitigation strategies, dependencies, and escalations.
• Update internal teams, clients, senior leadership, and executives on project status.
• Foster client relationships and manage expectations during the implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Oversee project financials and facilitate post-project evaluations.
• Initiate service handover and ensure that closeout documentation is uploaded to the project file.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing project management.
• Strong grounding in project management methodologies, principles, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Competence in assessing project risks and priorities, with the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Post-secondary diploma or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Must have eligibility to work in Canada.
