This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Review and annotate music, podcasts, audiobooks, and related search scenarios.

• Utilize language skills and cultural knowledge to comprehend content, context, and user intent.

• Listen to and assess audio content for relevance, context, and local cultural nuances.

• Conduct online research to verify details and ensure accurate evaluations.

• Consistently apply project guidelines and exercise judgment with nuanced or subjective content.

• Clearly document findings, insights, and questions in English.

• Complete assigned annotation tasks within specified 1–2 week project timelines across various project types.

• Incorporate feedback and raise questions or issues for clarification when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Spanish as a primary language, with strong written and verbal proficiency in English.

• Deep understanding of Spanish culture, language, and local content.

• Familiarity with Indonesian music, podcasts, audiobooks, and other forms of digital media.

• Comfortable using audio streaming platforms on both desktop and mobile devices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.

• Experience in content annotation, rating, or evaluation, including subjective assessments and consistent application of defined criteria.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, and other web-based tools and platforms.

• Reliable, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.

• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Tahoe.

• Willingness to install necessary ModSquad security systems on both computer and mobile device.

• Stable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher.

• 8 GB RAM or more.

• High-quality headset with clear audio.

• Chromebook is not suitable for ModSquad projects.
