Audience Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily social media publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other emerging channels.

• Create and manage publishing calendars, ensuring content is scheduled correctly and delivered punctually.

• Enhance posts for tagging, formatting, accessibility, hashtags, and best practices specific to each channel.

• Oversee comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, escalating any issues and identifying opportunities.

• Assist in executive and employee advocacy initiatives.

• Analyze social media performance and pinpoint opportunities to boost reach, engagement, follower growth, and referral traffic.

• Keep track of platform algorithm updates, emerging features, and industry trends while recommending audience growth strategies.

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing on paid amplification and integrated campaigns.

• Implement technical and on-page SEO strategies.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content through metadata, internal linking, image optimization, structured content, and technical SEO practices.

• Assess website health, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search performance.

• Create dashboards and regular reports that cover audience growth, engagement, website traffic, keyword rankings, and organic performance.

• Convert data insights into practical recommendations.

• Enhance digital presence through testing and optimization efforts.

• Ensure adherence to publishing processes, governance, and quality standards.

• Streamline workflows using automation and AI-driven tools.

• Review technologies that support publishing efficiency, SEO optimization, and digital operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media management, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth, showcasing a proven record of success in expanding owned digital channels.

• Strong grasp of social media publishing platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for audience engagement.

• Proven experience in executing technical and on-page SEO using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable using content management systems for websites and implementing SEO strategies.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or comparable reporting platforms.

• Possess a strong analytical mindset.

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple publishing workflows concurrently.

• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings that require ongoing optimization and operational rigor.

• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and SEO tools.

• Background in energy, technology, infrastructure, or other mission-driven sectors is preferred.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines.

• Availability to work Eastern Timezone night shifts while in the Philippines.

• Applicants should have necessary equipment such as a laptop, headset, and similar tools.
