This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop a territory-specific business strategy aimed at enhancing engagement and achieving targeted objectives with Themis and UWorld brands and products.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to establish strategies, goals, and benchmarks for all bar review engagement and sales initiatives to implement the annual plan.
• Build and sustain direct relationships with designated law schools, focusing on key influencers and faculty/administrators involved in bar review and academic success, as well as students and student organizations.
• Conduct regularly scheduled in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails, and other forms of written communication with assigned law schools.
• Recruit, train, support, and inspire teams of student campus representatives.
• Market and promote Company products and services to all law schools, particularly targeting influencers and faculty/administrators involved with bar review and academic success, students, student groups, and related organizations.
• Provide direct assistance and mentorship to student users of the bar review program.
• Exhibit exceptional service to schools and students while collaborating with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Maintain records in the contact management system (CMS), including updated contact details, event tracking, and campaign participation.
• Stay informed about Company products and services and their applications for diverse purposes and audiences.
• A strong passion and enthusiasm for legal education and the success of students.
• Exceptional communication skills for in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.

• Strong critical thinking and writing skills.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment that fosters and supports innovation.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including experience with web-based tools, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration platforms.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work effectively from a home office, on a campus, or while traveling.
• ***Background Experience:***
• JD Required.
• Bar licensure; UBE license preferred.
• Previous experience in legal education and/or sales is preferred.
