This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and verify the details of losses for intricate automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages related to claims.

• Adjust and negotiate claims while operating within set authority limits.

• Evaluate potential subrogation or fraud issues and determine the appropriate approach for complex cases.

• Utilize a deep understanding of company-specific insurance policies and organizational dynamics.

• Manage all facets of complex auto claims, encompassing coverage, liability, and damages.

• Review, assess, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims as they arise.

• Identify vehicle components and evaluate other possible property damage.

• Recognize customer needs and deliver suitable customer service.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Experienced adjuster with a strong background in complex claims.

• Proven experience in investigating intricate automobile accidents.

• Advanced knowledge of insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational relationships.

• Capability to determine coverage, liability, damages, and potential for subrogation or fraud.

• Skill in independently investigating complex auto claims and exercising discretion within enhanced authority.

• Proficiency in reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating moderate to complex injury claims.

• Experience with Bodily Injury Claims.

• Strong collaboration skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient negotiation skills.

• Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
